By using this website or engaging our visualisation and analytics commissions, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional commissions such as subscriber dashboard design, network usage visualisation reviews, leadership briefings, and charting workshops. Descriptions are informational. A separate written statement of work controls each paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and branding, belongs to Page Springcore or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer or licence according to the statement of work. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without written consent.

Client materials

You remain responsible for anonymising extracts and ensuring you have rights to share sample data. We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Page Springcore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from decisions made solely on the basis of illustrative examples published here. For paid work, liability caps and warranties are stated in the relevant agreement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates guidance and service descriptions current, but they may change. Binding commercial terms appear only in executed documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of this site, subject to any different forum agreed in a statement of work.
