A Wan Chai practice for telecom reporting that people can present

Page Springcore helps operator teams turn subscriber extracts and network usage figures into dashboards, packs, and briefings that hold up in Monday meetings.

Origin

The practice began after years of sitting beside commercial, care, and network leads in Hong Kong who each owned a different export of the same subscriber story. Charts disagreed on definitions. Peak packs buried the sites that mattered. Leadership decks grew longer while the spoken narrative grew thinner.

Page Springcore formed to do the unglamorous middle work: agree metric intent, design the first screen, annotate peaks, and leave behind refresh notes that a local analyst can follow.

How we work

We do not take live production access. Engagements run on anonymised extracts, metric dictionaries, and workshops with the people who will keep the views alive after handover.

Values in practice

  • Definitions before decoration
  • Clocks labelled on every tile
  • One audience per chart layer
  • Honest gaps left visible

Hong Kong base

Meetings and workshops can happen near Bowrington Road Market in Wan Chai, or fully remote across operator teams in the region. Response windows follow Hong Kong business hours.

People you meet

Engagements are led by visualisation practitioners with operator reporting backgrounds — not a rotating bench of generalist consultants. You work with the same people from discovery through handover.
