Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for deposits and fees on Page Springcore commissions.
Scope
This policy covers professional commissions described on this site: subscriber dashboard projects, network usage visualisation reviews, leadership briefings, and ops charting workshops. It does not cover software licences or physical product shipments, which we do not sell.
Deposits
Fixed-fee commissions typically require a non-refundable discovery deposit once a statement of work is signed, usually twenty to thirty percent of the quoted fee. The deposit reserves calendar time and covers early metric mapping. If we cancel before work starts, the deposit is returned in full.
Full refund eligibility
You may receive a full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) if we materially fail to begin work within the start window stated in the statement of work for reasons solely within our control, and you elect to cancel rather than reschedule.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after discovery deliverables have been shared but before final handover, we invoice for work completed to date at the rates in the agreement and refund any unused prepaid balance. Wireframes, metric maps, and workshop curricula already delivered remain billable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed half-day briefings or workshops once the session has occurred
- Third-party venue costs you asked us to book on your behalf
- Discovery deposits after the discovery call has taken place, except where we cancel
Cancellation and rescheduling
Workshops and briefings may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of twenty percent of the session fee. No-shows without notice are charged in full.
Work already started
Once build against sample extracts has begun, cancellation triggers a progress invoice covering completed stages listed in the statement of work. Source files for unfinished stages are not delivered unless separately agreed and paid.
Refund process and timing
Email info@page-springcore.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Exceptions
Force majeure events that prevent on-site Wan Chai sessions will be converted to remote delivery or rescheduled without penalty. Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be excluded remain available.
