Most dashboard and visualisation work is quoted after a short discovery call. Workshops and briefings use clearer day rates. Nothing here is a software subscription.

- Cleanliness and completeness of sample extracts
- Whether metric definitions already exist or must be facilitated
- On-site workshop days in Wan Chai versus remote-only delivery
- Translation needs for bilingual packs
