Stages from first brief to refresh handover

Whether you commission a subscriber dashboard or a usage pack review, the path stays deliberate: intent, extracts, build, critique, handover.

1. Brief intake

You share priority decisions, audiences, and any existing packs. We confirm whether the work fits a dashboard commission, usage review, briefing, or workshop.

2. Extract and metric map

Anonymised samples and a metric intent list arrive. We flag missing fields early rather than guessing labels in the visuals.

3. Layout and critique

Wireframes or revised templates go to stakeholder readers. Two revision rounds are standard on flagship commissions.

4. Build against samples

Charts and tiles are validated on quiet, peak, and anomaly windows when those samples exist.

5. Handover

You receive files, refresh notes, and a live walkthrough. Optional workshops help analysts keep conventions steady after we leave.
